These terms govern your use of Zupet as a marketplace platform. Please read them carefully.

1. About Zupet

Zupet is a marketplace that connects pet owners (“Owners”) with independent pet care professionals (“Pros”). Zupet is not the provider of pet care services and does not employ Pros.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ to use Zupet.
  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Marketplace Rules

  • Owners must provide truthful service request details.
  • Pros must only accept work they can perform safely and legally.
  • Harassment, spam, fraud, or attempts to misuse the platform are not allowed.

4. Payments & Fees

Payments (where applicable) are processed by third-party payment providers. Zupet may charge platform fees, credit fees, or subscription fees depending on the features you use. Any pricing and inclusions will be shown before purchase.

5. Professional Responsibilities

Pros are responsible for maintaining appropriate qualifications, insurance, and legal compliance for their services, and for communicating clearly with Owners about availability, pricing, and service scope.

6. Cancellations & Disputes

Owners and Pros should resolve disputes directly where possible. Zupet may assist with support and investigation, but does not guarantee outcomes or refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated in a purchase flow.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zupet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of Owners or Pros. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or if required to keep the platform safe and compliant.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
